Char. Pilakoutas Ltd, ΜΙΝΙ Cooper S

Ch. Pilakoutas in collaboration with ANT1 and GT Digital launched its second SMS text competition capitalizing on its first successful campaign. The prize chosen for the competition was the new model of MNI Cooper S.

The SMS competition ran for 5 months (from 01/12/06 until 30/04/07) and the only thing that the public had to do to participate was to send an SMS text and receive by return a unique code.

At the end of the competition a random draw was held to select the winner of the MNI Cooper S. The draw involved the picking of a random code number from a pool of codes which were issued to all the participants during the competition period. The holder of the winning code claimed the prize.

The draw was held on 07/06/07 at Ch. Pilakoutas’ showrooms in Nicosia in front of a big public crowd.

The promotion was extremely successful as evidenced by the high turnout.

Ch. Pilakoutas used the promotion to create a significant OPT-IN database of potential customers with particular interest in the MINI Cooper brand and most importantly to strengthen their brand image and visibility.
