Aristo Developers used the innovative GT Interactive Kiosks of GT Digital during the exhibition "Property 2012" (27-29/4).

Aristo Developers were looking for a new way of engaging visitors at the Property Fair whilst at the same time capturing their details for use in future promotional campaigns.

Idea & Implementation

Visitors at the exhibition were offered the opportunity to registering their personal data and provide additional information such as details of properties they would be interested in considering. Property details included type of property (house or apartment), surface area, number of bedrooms, budget available for purchase etc..

The whole registration process was completed through GT Interactive Kiosks touch screens. Visitors entering their data automatically received a voucher worth €1500 for electric appliances. The voucher could only be redeemed against the purchase of a house or an apartment from Aristo Developers.

The kiosks where designed specifically by GT Digital and branded with Aristo Developers’ colours and logos offering visitors a new and fun way to enter the competition.


The aim during the Property Exhibition was to twofold. On the one hand informing visitors about Aristo’s properties which were available for sale and on the other hand allowing visitors to sign up or register their details to receive details of properties they would be interested in.


The kiosk promotion enhanced Aristo’s brand visibility and exposure and led to an increase in engagement.

More importantly the promotion led to the creation of a valuable opt-in database of potential customers that can be used in future promotions.
